Pattern Description

“When designing, I like bringing contemporary shapes and traditional techniques together – in this case, using a bit of old school colorwork to trim a more modern hat shape. The trim pattern is repeated again – with a twist – in the crown’s 6-pointed star motif. I like to think of this as a “throw-on-and-go” hat– the crown’s top-loop makes for easy hanging on wall hooks or coat racks for easy access when you’re running out the door.” – Jared Flood
