• Product description

  This slim V-neck cardigan is knit flat in Loft and seamed. Dapper pockets begin with linings worked separately and then knit onto the fronts (making it easy to add a secret contrast color inside the pocket if you wish). A pocket edging in 1 x 1 rib keeps the pockets from gaping open. Set-in sleeves ensure a tailored fit and tubular ribbed edge treatments provide a beautiful and durable finish.

  CONSTRUCTION

  • The pieces are worked flat and sewn together. The pocket linings are worked separately and placed on stitch holders, then joined into the fronts on the appropriate row, while the stitches they replace are transferred to stitch holders for the pocket edgings. The neckband/front edging is worked from picked up stitches around the center front and back neck edges and is bound off using the Tubular Bind Off or simply bound off in pattern, if preferred.
