Product description

Springy Vale, garter stitch, and eyelet lace all come together in Gilda, an heirloom-quality stole with understated grace and magnetism. Arranged on a plane of spongy garter stitch are eyelets zigzagging at diminishing scale, then bordered by a pillar of ever familiar Mrs. Hunter’s lace. This is a stole that won’t look quite the same every time you wrap it around your shoulders or neck. One occasion may find the slipped stitch lace pillars more prominent, while another may find the zigzagging eyelets taking center stage — all thanks to a chameleon-like, but nonetheless cohesive and carefully-chosen medley of motifs.

This wrap is worked flat from end to end. The lace motifs are worked from charts only.
