CONSTRUCTION

  • The body and sleeves of this pullover are worked circularly from the bottom up, then joined to work the yoke in one piece. The yoke is shaped with a combination of raglan and round-yoke decreases.


FINISHED DIMENSIONS

  • 33½ (37¼, 41¼, 45) (48¾, 52½, 56½, 60¼)" [85 (94.5, 105, 114.5) (124, 133.5, 143.5, 153) cm] circumference at chest
  • Version I sample shown on male model is size 48¾" [124 cm] with 4¾" [12 cm] ease
  • Version I sample shown on female model is size 48¾" [124 cm] with 2¼" [5.5 cm] ease 
  • Version II sample shown is size 37¼" [94.5 cm] with 5¼" [13.5 cm] ease on model

GAUGE

  • 21 stitches & 32 rounds = 4" in stockinette stitch with Size A needle(s), after blocking
  • 21 stitches & 29 rounds = 4" in stranded knitting with Size B needle(s), after blocking

  • One each 24" and 32" circular needles and one set of double-pointed needles (DPNs)* in size needed to obtain gauge listed

Size B (for Stranded Colorwork)
