CONSTRUCTION

  • Bonnet is worked from side to side, beginning with one I-cord tie and ending with the other. Body of bonnet is worked flat and shaped with a combination of increases, decreases, and short rows.


GAUGE

  • 22 stitches & 44 rows per 4” (10 cm) in blocked garter stitch
  • 5½ stitches per inch 


NEEDLES

24” (60 cm) circular needle

  • Suggested size US 5 (3.75 mm)


TOOLS

  • Stitch marker
  • Tapestry needle


FINISHED DIMENSIONS

  • Sized to fit Newborn (6 months, 1 year)
