We ship all of our orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS), by First Class or Priority service as required by the contents and dimensions of the package.
Orders shipped within the United States typically arrive within 1-3 business days for Priority mail and 5-8 business days for First Class mail. Delivery times may vary for orders shipped internationally, depending on the final destination.
Please note, once your package has left the BT warehouse, completing the delivery to your provided address is the responsibility of the United States Postal Service (for domestic orders) or your national postal service (for international orders). If you have questions or concerns about the status of your package, and tracking indicates that it is in the hands of the postal system, please contact USPS customer service or your local post office.
Brooklyn Tweed is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages, including packages for which the incorrect shipping address has been provided during check-out. If you believe that your package has been lost or misdelivered, we strongly recommend filing a missing mail inquiry and/or a lost package claim with USPS, which can both be done on USPS.com: find missing mail or file a claim.
