We ship all retail orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Orders shipped within the United States typically arrive within 3-8 business days. Delivery times may vary for orders shipped internationally, depending on the final destination.
Please note, once your package has left the BT warehouse, completing the delivery to your provided address is the responsibility of the United States Postal Service (for domestic orders) or your national postal service (for international orders). If you have questions or concerns about the status of your package, and tracking indicates that it is in the hands of the postal system, please contact USPS customer service or your local post office.
Brooklyn Tweed is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages, including packages for which the incorrect shipping address has been provided during check-out. Postage does, however, include insurance for the value of the order contents, which may fully or partially be recoupable with the filing of a claim.
