Product description

Allegheny is designed to be dress length (falling just above the knee), and belted high on the waist. However, because of its top-down construction, length modifications can easily be made. Belt placement can be higher or lower than specified to work for the wearer’s figure, and the skirt can be worked to any width and length that suits your fancy. Along the same lines, the pattern can be customized for a tunic or long pullover fit. These modifications require a small amount of simple math, instructions for which are included in the pattern.
