    • Scarf: 15½" [39.5cm] wide; 68" [172.5cm] long
    • Cowl: 26¾" [68 cm] circumference; 12" [30.5 cm] height

    Measurements taken from relaxed fabric after blocking.


    GAUGE

    27 stitches & 30 rows/rounds = 4" in Half Twisted Ribbing and Ensata Chart pattern, after blocking

    Note: Gauge for this project changes considerably after blocking; please block your swatch prior to measuring to ensure correct sizing.


    NEEDLES

    Fingering Weight Scarf

    • One pair of straight needles or a 32" circular needle*, in size needed to obtain gauge listed
    • Suggested Size: 3.5 mm (US 4)

    Fingering Weight Cowl

    • One 16" circular needle**, in size needed to obtain gauge listed
    • Suggested Size: 3.5 mm (US 4)

    Laceweight Scarf

    • One pair of straight needles or a 32" circular needle* in size needed to obtain gauge listed
    • Suggested Size: 3.75 mm (US 5)

    *Knitter’s preferred style of needle may be used when working flat.

    **A 32” circular needle can be used instead of a 16" circular if using the Magic Loop method for working small circumferences in the round.
