Product description

This square-shaped baby blanket was inspired by traditional Hap Shawls of the Shetland Islands. The center square, which is knitted on both RS and WS, is worked on the bias and creates diagonal ridges of Garter Stitch. The “Old Shale” lace frame is picked up directly from the center square and worked in the round. The project is finished with an I-Cord Bind Off for a piping-like finish.
