Pattern Specs
CONSTRUCTION
- Yarn is held double throughout; the term “working yarn” refers to two strands held together as one.
- Pieces are worked flat from the bottom up and then sewn together.
- The back is shaped with short rows, internal chart shaping, and internal garment shaping at several points. All shaping is worked concurrently. The raglans are shaped differently on the edges of the front and back, and differently on each side of the sleeve. The sleeve raglan caps are shaped internally as well as at the edges. The garment fronts have pockets. The pocket edges are shaped after joining the pocket lining to the front; when pocket shaping is complete, the pocket side and the pocket lining side of front are joined and the front is continued in one piece
