Rockcress

Cabled Pullover
Skill Level: 3 of 5
Regular price $12.00

The woolen-spun texture and color depth of Shelter yarn comes alive in Rockcress, a classic crewneck pullover. The simple shape and timeless construction of the Rockcress sweater create a perfect canvas for all-over cables and texture.

Rockcress is knit from the bottom up in flat pieces, which are then sewn together. The collar is picked up from the neckband and worked circularly. The stitch motif, comprised of braided cables, is worked from a chart.

Errata

9 December 2019: Version 2.0

Under "Stitch Patterns," instructions for a 1x1 Ribbing over an odd number of stitches have been added.

When instructed to work ribbing, the pattern has been updated to include which 1x1 Ribbing to use (whether over an even or odd number of stitches).

On page 11, the Sleeve Chart has been removed; the pattern uses the remaining Chart (previously titled "Body Chart") for all patterning.
