CONSTRUCTION
- This garter stitch shawl begins with the striped center triangle, worked from the bottom up. Stitches for the solid triangles are picked up and knit along the yarn over edges of the striped center triangle. The solid triangles are worked simultaneously, switching colors at the bottom point of the shawl using the Intarsia Method, and are shaped using Short Rows: German Method.
GAUGE
- 22 stitches & 48 rows = 4″ in garter stitch, after blocking
NEEDLES
- One 32″ circular needle in size needed to obtain gauge listed
- Suggested Size: 3½ mm (US 4)
