CONSTRUCTION
- The hats are worked circularly in the round from the bottom up.
- The cowls are worked flat beginning with a Provisional Cast On, then the ends are joined using a Joinery Bind Off.
GAUGE
24 sts and 36 rows = 4” (10 cm) in Modified Moss Stitch with Size A needle(s), after blocking

- One 16" circular needle and one set of double-pointed needles (DPNs) in size needed to obtain gauge listed
- Suggested Size: 3.75 mm (US 5)
Size B (for Ribbing)
- One 16" circular needle in size needed to obtain gauge listed, two sizes smaller than Size A
- Suggested Size: 3.25 mm (US 3)
Cowl
