    CONSTRUCTION

    • The body and sleeves are worked circularly from the bottom up and joined at the underarms. The yoke is then worked circularly up to the neck. Short Rows: Sunday Method are used to shape the upper back and back neck.

    GAUGE

    • 22 stitches & 34 rounds = 4" in stockinette stitch with Size A needle, after blocking
    • 22 stitches & 27 rounds = 4" in charted colorwork with Size B needle, after blocking
    • 24 stitches & 40 rounds = 4" in garter stitch with Size C needle, after blocking


    NEEDLES

    • One each 16", 24", and 32" circular needles and one set of double-pointed needles (DPNs) in size needed to obtain gauge listed

  • Pattern Updates

    5 October 2022: Version 2.1

    The Union Round on page 9 has been updated to read: "Place unique marker for BOR, *knit held 48 (50, 54, 60, 64, 72, 76) sleeve stitches, place marker, knit 132 (138, 144, 154, 162, 170, 180) body stitches for front*, place marker, repeat from * to * once more for second sleeve and back." Additionally, the instructions on pages 7 and 8 for resolving the short rows have been clarified.


    19 February 2020: Version 2.0

    On the pattern's Schematic, adjustments have been made to the yoke depths for the two largest sizes.

    On page 10, after the Decrease Round below "Work Chart," the number of rounds to work even has been updated to "Work 0 (1, 3, 8, 17, 22, 26) round(s) even."
