CONSTRUCTION

  • Hat is worked in the round from the bottom up.


GAUGE

  • 5½ stitches = 1″ with smaller needle in stockinette stitch, blocked


NEEDLES

  • One 16″ circular needle and one set of DPNs in size needed to obtain gauge listed above One 16″ circular needle two sizes larger than Gauge Needle
  • Suggested sizes: US 6 (4mm) & US 8 (5mm)


FINISHED DIMENSIONS

  • 18″ circumference at brim, 9½” height, blocked
