Cyklon is a knitted sleeveless top which twists in a circular motion around the body, folding and draping according to how the wearer positions the armholes on the shoulders.

    CONSTRUCTION

    • Body of garment is worked flat in pieces from the bottom up. Waistband is worked in the round separately and then seamed to assembled garment, and armholes are faced with ribbon.


    FINISHED DIMENSIONS

    • 33 (35½, 38)” circumference at chest
    • Sample shown is size 35½″ with 0″ ease on model

    GAUGE

    • 18 sts & 26 rows = 4″ in stockinette stitch with Size A needle, after blocking
    • 22 sts & 20 rows = 4″ in Herringbone Pattern with Size B needle, after blocking


    NEEDLES

    Size A needle (for Main Fabric):

    • One circular needle or pair of straights in size needed to obtain stockinette stitch gauge listed
    • Suggested Size: 4.5 mm (US 7)


    Size B needle (for Herringbone Pattern):

    • One 24″ circular needle five sizes larger than Size A
    • Suggested Size: 8 mm (US 11)
