"The Typewriter Sweater gives a modern nod to seaworthy pullovers from ages past. Big-impact textures paired with a boxy cocoon shape make this a cuddle-worthy wardrobe warrior. The linear rhythms of the soothing stitch pattern remind us of the tap-tap-tapping of an old typewriter, comforting and familiar. The simple banded stitch, when worked in a chunky yarn amplifies the nostalgia, like a cartoon version of your favorite sweater. The oversized shape and exaggerated sleeves lean into the feeling of enveloping comfort, while smart design details keep the garment from being overwhelming.
