  High in the mountains north of Steamboat Springs, Colorado, textile designer and weaver Barb Lynn of Travis Tweed creates artisanal woolen fabrics in a rustic timber-framed workshop of her own design, built from locally milled pine.

  Blending silver sagebrush that she wild harvests on a friend’s Wyoming ranch with lavender grown on a neighbor’s farm, Barb stitches her handwoven fabrics into fragrant sachets that delight the senses.

  Enjoy our exclusive offering of these special sachets, each featuring a beautiful Travis Tweed fabric custom woven from Brooklyn Tweed yarns, sourced from wool grown in Colorado, Nevada, Utah, & Wyoming.

  Sewn to a backing of natural linen, each sachet has an embroidered “Hand Made: Travis Tweed + Brooklyn Tweed” label and thread loop for hanging.

  Our sachets are hand woven from a beautiful variety of Loft, Peerie, and Tones Light colorways, so no two are exactly alike.

  Use & Care instructions:

  Keep dry. The scent will last for years – squeeze gently to refresh.

  If laundering is needed, pick out the stitching on one side and remove the inner pouch of lavender & sage. Hand wash the outer cover in cold water and lay flat to dry.

  About the Maker:

  Barb Lynn of Travis Tweed is a fiber artist working in a beautiful production weaving workshop in Clark, Colorado. From her loom room, with a view of the Mount Zirkel Wilderness, the distinct seasons from deep snow to wildflowers inspire the palette of the cloth she makes.

  Color and texture have always been the lens through which Barb views the world and the way she shares herself with others. Her experience as an artisan enables her to be adventurous with a variety of textures and fibers.

  She lives to create products that bring a special, tactile beauty to the world, guided by her favorite quote:
